Woman's Body Found in Suitcase near Metro Construction Site

"The revelation came to light around 12.30 pm when the police were alerted about an abandoned suitcase on CST Road at Shanti Nagar, an area currently undergoing Metro project construction," stated an official, according to ANI.

Upon reaching the scene, law enforcement uncovered the distressing find of a woman's body inside the suitcase. The deceased has been sent to a civic hospital for a thorough autopsy to determine the cause of death.

"The woman's identity is yet to be established, but based on initial observations, it is estimated that her age falls between 25-35 years. The woman was discovered clad in a T-shirt and track pants," authorities shared.
