Tragedy Unfolds: Bengaluru AI Start-up CEO Arrested for Murder of 4-Year-Old Son in Goa

In a shocking incident, the CEO of a Bengaluru-based AI start-up, Suchana Seth, was apprehended by Karnataka Police in Chitradurga for the brutal murder of her four-year-old son at a Goa hotel. The crime was discovered when a hotel staffer, cleaning the room after Seth's departure, noticed blood stains on the sheets.

Seth and her son had checked into a North Goa hotel on January 6, and the hotel staff raised the alarm after finding the disturbing evidence. The police revealed that Seth used a sharp weapon to commit the crime, and she subsequently requested the hotel to arrange a taxi for her return journey to Bengaluru, claiming she preferred traveling by road. CCTV footage indicated that she left the hotel alone.

Initially, Seth misled the police by stating she had left her son with a relative in South Goa, but her story did not hold up. The police contacted the taxi driver, urging him to report to the nearest police station. Seth was apprehended with the assistance of Karnataka Police in Chitradurga while en route to Bengaluru.

A team from the Calangute Police is heading to Karnataka to secure Seth's custody for further interrogation. The motive behind the tragic crime is yet to be established, leaving authorities puzzled by the shocking turn of events.
