McDonald’s India West and South, operated by Westlife Foodworld, has unveiled its latest offering, McSaver Meals, revolutionizing the concept of 'value' in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) landscape. Priced at Rs. 99 for customers in Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, and Chattisgarh, and Rs. 149 for customers in other regions of West and South India, McSaver Meals aims to enhance accessibility to the iconic McDonald's dining experience.

The introduction of McSaver Meals is accompanied by a vibrant ad campaign crafted by DDB Mudra Group, showcasing the irresistible appeal of these value-packed meals and the joyous moments they bring to customers.

With our new ad campaign, we wanted to showcase the irresistible value of McSaver Meals and the moments of joy and connections that our valued customers can experience while enjoying these affordable meals."

In one of the ad films, set in a McDonald’s store, three robbers planning a heist get lured by the temptation of McSaver Meals priced at Rs 99. As they relish their favorite McAloo Tikki Regular Meals, the approaching police sirens interrupt their indulgence, prompting a quick escape. The humorous twist showcases how even unexpected situations can be turned into joyful moments at McDonald’s.

Rahul Mathew, Chief Creative Officer, DDB Mudra Group, emphasized the inclusive nature of McDonald's, stating, "One of the pillars that McDonald’s is built on is that ‘McDonald’s is for everyone’. And it’s our extra-value meals that truly bring this to life. No matter who you are - boss, intern, cop, robber… it makes complete financial and emotional sense to come to McDonald’s to add that smile to your every day."

The second advertisement unfolds in a corporate convention, featuring a European delegate, Mr. Marshall, and a young employee. A wardrobe malfunction turns comical, leading to an offering of McSaver Meals at Rs. 149 as a gesture of peace and a fresh start.

Through McSaver Meals, McDonald's India aims to cater to a diverse audience, ensuring that everyone can partake in the quintessential McDonald's dine-in experience. The commercials, airing on select national and regional channels, embody the brand's commitment to offering affordable joy to all.
