The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a weather forecast predicting isolated heavy rainfall spells in specific regions of Tamil Nadu and Kerala throughout this week. According to the IMD's latest update, an isolated heavy rainfall spell is anticipated to affect Tamil Nadu and Kerala from November 19 to 23.

The meteorological conditions contributing to this weather pattern include the presence of an upper air Cyclonic Circulation positioned over the Comorin area in the lower tropospheric levels. Additionally, strong northeasterly winds from the Bay of Bengal towards southeast Peninsular India are prevailing in the lower tropospheric levels.

IMD's Rainfall Warning: The forecast indicates a likelihood of light to moderate rainfall at numerous locations, with isolated heavy rainfall expected over Tamil Nadu and Kerala from November 19 to 23. Coastal Andhra Pradesh is also expected to experience this weather pattern on November 21, while South Interior Karnataka may encounter these conditions on November 22-23.

Isolated Very Heavy Rainfall: The Met Office has further highlighted the possibility of isolated very heavy rainfall over Tamil Nadu on November 19, 22, and 23. Kerala and Mahe may also experience similar weather conditions on November 22-23.

Delhi Weather Prediction: Shifting focus, the IMD predicts a minimum temperature of 12 degrees Celsius in Delhi on Monday, with the maximum temperature reaching 27 degrees Celsius. The forecast indicates a clear sky and shallow to moderate fog in the coming week.
