Chrome Asia Hospitality to invest INR 35 crore to scale up restaurant brand Gigi

Mumbai, 25th October 2023: Chrome Asia Hospitality, a trailblazing name in the realm of boutique hospitality, is once again making headlines as it unveils its latest venture - Gigi, Mumbai, stepping into the vibrant world of concept restaurants. Situated in the bustling neighborhood of Bandra, Mumbai, this two-story culinary haven sprawls over 6,000 square feet, representing a labor of love for the company's co-founders, Pawan Shahri, Dhaval Udeshi, and Nikita Shahri.

With the launch of Gigi, Chrome Asia Hospitality is boldly entering the concept restaurant arena, with plans to establish 12 more such outlets by 2025. The restaurant's mission is clear: to curate a gastronomic experience that sources the freshest local ingredients, seasonal seafood, and exquisite cheeses from around the globe, while also showcasing local, homegrown Indian brands.
