Christian Louboutin Announces a Joint Venture Partnership in India with Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited

Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited (ABFRL), a prominent player in India's fashion industry, has officially entered into a strategic partnership with Christian Louboutin, the renowned global luxury shoe designer celebrated for his high-end footwear and iconic red soles. This collaboration involves the creation of a newly incorporated subsidiary of ABFRL, wherein both partners will hold an equal stake.

Founded in 1991 in Paris, Christian Louboutin has garnered international acclaim for its signature red sole shoes and diversified product lines, including men's footwear, leather goods, accessories, beauty, and kids' collections. Operating in over 30 countries, Christian Louboutin has become synonymous with luxury and style.
